Confirmation Policy:

• You’ll receive a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of booking.
• If your preferred slots are unavailable, we’ll arrange an alternative schedule and send you a new confirmation voucher.
• You can cancel before confirmation for a full refund.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
• All refunds are made via Bank Transfer.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation fees are based on timing:
  • 30 days before travel: 25.0% of the total tour cost
  • 15-30 days before travel: 50.0% of the total tour cost
  • 0-15 days before travel: 100.0% of the total tour cost

Payment Terms Policy:

• 50% of the total tour cost must be paid at the time of booking.

Inclusions:

• Transportation from IXB or NJP airport pickup to airport drop, sightseeing, and transfers.
• Breakfast and dinner are provided daily.
• Entry tickets for sightseeing places.
• Guide Charges, if applicable.
• Accommodation in hotels.
• Inner Line Permits.

Exclusions:

• Meals not mentioned in inclusions.
• Any personal expenses.
• Travel insurance.
• Camera fees.
• Costs arising from unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
