Payments:

• An advance payment is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance payable before departure or at the commencement of services.
• The advance payment amount is at the discretion of management and depends on the nature of the service and time left before the trip.
• Full payment in advance may be necessary for certain bookings during peak seasons.

Mode of Payment:

• Overseas bookings can be confirmed by making an advance payment through Bank Transfer.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation charges apply and are based on the number of days before the journey.
• Different cancellation policies are in place for various timeframes leading up to the journey.
• Please note that during specific periods like Durga Puja, Holi, X-mas, New Year (20 Dec to 05 Jan), and May (considered high season), payments are non-refundable.
• Refund restrictions apply if the trip is canceled after commencement.

Liabilities & Limitations:

• Any increase in entrance fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges by the Government of Sikkim after finalization may be charged as an additional fee.
• Itineraries are sample schedules and may be subject to changes prioritizing safety, comfort, and the well-being of our participants.
• We are not liable for delays, alterations, expenses, or losses due to natural hazards, accidents, breakdowns, weather, sickness, political closures, or other unforeseen incidents.
• We are not responsible for loss, injury, or damage resulting from various uncontrollable causes.

Insurance:

• We do not offer insurance covering accidents, sickness, or loss. We recommend arranging your own insurance for your trip.

Unforeseen Circumstances:

• We are not responsible for costs arising from unforeseen circumstances such as landslides, roadblocks, bad weather, etc.
