Day 3: Gangtok to Darjeeling (Approx. 98 km/3-4 hours)

  • After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Darjeeling.
  • Darjeeling is famous for its tea gardens, stunning views of the Himalayas, and the famous Darjeeling Himalayan Railway.
  • Check-in at the hotel and rest.
  • In the evening, you can explore the local market or take a leisurely stroll.

Day 4: Darjeeling Sightseeing

  • Early morning, visit Tiger Hill to witness the spectacular sunrise over the Himalayas.
  • On your way back, visit the Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop.
  • Return to the hotel for breakfast.
  • After breakfast, visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, and the Tibetan Refugee Centre.
  • Visit the Peace Pagoda and enjoy a leisurely walk around the scenic Japanese Temple and the Rock Garden.
  • Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 5: Departure from Darjeeling to Bagdogra/NJP (Approx. 70 km/3-4 hours)

  • After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) for your onward journey.
