A compact South Sikkim journey combining Sadam Hills, Namchi, Temi Tea Garden, Chalamthang and Ravangla. It is ideal for travellers seeking village hospitality, Himalayan scenery, culture and optional adventure experiences within four days.
Arrive at NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport and begin the drive towards Sadam in Namchi District. Optional river rafting may be enjoyed at Melli when operating. Continue to Taray Bhir for sunset, then reach Sukrabarey, Sadam for a warm village welcome. Overnight at a Sadam homestay.
Start with a scenic hike to Torkay Pani and the paragliding take-off area at Rameytay Dara. Enjoy an optional tandem paragliding experience over Sadam, subject to weather and operating conditions. Visit a local nursery, then explore Char Dham and Sai Mandir after lunch. Overnight at Namchi.
Drive through the hills to Temi Tea Garden, stopping at Samdruptse Hill en route. An optional zip-line experience may be available at Temi. Continue to Chalamthang and spend a peaceful afternoon amid the surrounding rivers and hills. Overnight at a Chalamthang homestay.
After breakfast, visit Buddha Park at Ravangla. Continue to NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport for departure.
